Utility Services
PAY A BILL
For your convenience, we offer several payment options to pay your utility bill:
- In person at Homer City Hall, 491 East Pioneer Avenue between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, or through the drop box after hours.
- By phone using debit or credit card. Call 435-3112.
- By mailing payment to City of Homer, 491 East Pioneer Avenue, Homer AK 99603, or
- ONLINE through IntelliPay using checking, savings, debit or credit card.
The City of Homer has contracted with IntelliPay, an electronic payment processor, for online utility bill payments. You can make one-time bill payments or create a log in to schedule recurring monthly payments to automatically pay your bill.
Why pay online? It’s easy, accurate and secure.
EASY PAYMENT METHOD
- View your current billing information and make payments when its convenient for you. You may choose to enter your credit card information each time you make an online payment, or you can set yourself up for automatic recurring bill payments.
- Link multiple utility billing accounts to one log in.
- City of Homer Finance Department staff are available to assist when needed at 907-435-3111 or finance@cityofhomer-ak.gov.
ACCURACY
- When you sign up for recurring payments, you can elect to receive email notifications to remind you when your bill is due and/or about your billing details. Receipts are automatically sent via email after payment.
- View your online payment history in one report. Past bills including date, due date, balance forward, payments, adjustments and current charge detail can be easily viewed and printed.
SECURE TRANSACTIONS
- Throughout your online transaction, IntelliPay handles your credit card information securely, in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
